Through this special music, which is absolutely spectacularly different and does not belong to any genre, DUNDU is immediately elevated to a magical world – away from everyday life and into art.

Every moment with DUNDU, its size, atmosphere, and mood, is carried by the sounds surrounding it. The character of a friendly, unprecedented visitor to Earth is enhanced by positive, unusual sounds and music.

At DUNDUMUSIK, musicians from a wide variety of genres have come together to create music that captures the situation and atmosphere in this spirit.

DUNDU co-founder and musical director Stefan Charisius creates this magical moment live on a kora, the West African harp. The melodies of this instrument gave rise to the blues and, not least, pop music. A powerful, open, flexible world of sound begins to dance, a music that thrives not only on DUNDU but also on the energy of its listeners, interacting intuitively with them.

DUNDU dances in these sounds, giving them the radiance of its atmosphere.
