The performers perform a masterful collaboration, receiving stimuli from each other, from the environment, and from the puppet’s movements. The technical director and his assistants work daily in the workshops, located directly next to the rehearsal hall. They check the puppets after each performance and assist inventor Tobias Husemann in implementing innovations and building new puppets. Organization, planning, and accounting also have their place in the Wagenhallen Stuttgart. Projects are also developed by the directors and the tour management team, which accompanies performance tours.
