Flow – Experience

The challenging tasks are successful when all participants engage with one another and the group learns to run together, symbolically speaking. Within this tension, there are moments of team flow in which the individual contribution to the bigger picture becomes clear.

Change of perspective

The metaphorical effect of the figure makes it possible to clarify complex issues and build a better mutual understanding. What does it mean to lead and to be led—what does this do to me and those around me?

Network intelligence

The haptic feeling of the connection in the analogue network shows the potential and creativity of the group and provides an inspiring impulse to rethink collaboration.

In a three-stage process, participants go through a shared journey of co-creation with puppet building, puppet animation, and storytelling: the creative fusion of puppetry and design thinking.
